Do you want to sell more waterfront property?

Do you want a credible reputation as a knowledgeable waterfront property specialist?

Do you want the skills to back up your promotion as waterfront specialist?

If you respond "yes" to these questions, enroll for this one-day course for real estate agents who want to improve their skills in selling and understanding waterfront property.

You’ve seen the ads that proclaim "waterfront specialist" yet you know that often there’s no special knowledge that backs the claim. Working with the North American Lake Management Society (NALMS), White Water Associates, Inc., has developed this action-packed seminar that will provide you with tools and knowledge to sell more property. It will equip you to address the questions of a knowledgeable public.

The Goal

Real estate agents are an important contact for people that live near water. The goal of this course is to provide agents with the tools and perspective to promote healthy waterfront property in order to make more and better sales and to help property owners maintain and increase the value of their investment.

The Format

Two experienced educators will lead practical, interactive, and entertaining lessons. They will give insight into the waterfront environment, provide sources of useful information, identify points of contact in resource and regulatory agencies, and build confidence in participants. A notebook containing practical resource materials will be provided.
